  We, at Language Leaders Academy, always seek to meet the students’ needs. The main purpose of the Privacy Policy is to clarify; the basic steps that the Academy provides to the student, the conditions and terms the students are subject to, the qualifications the student should have, and the roles and responsibilities of the Academy toward the student.
  
  Personal information:
  We are entitled to use the personal information mentioned in the registration form, such as:
  Full name
  Registry name
  ID card copy
  Telephone number
  E-mail
  State – City
  The Academy uses the personal information above mentioned to communicate directly with students and to follow up on them.
  The Academy undertakes to keep your personal information confidential and not to share it with anyone else.
  The Academy uses the information above mentioned to guarantee that the students will use their real names and will not use a pseudonym.
  
  
  After completing the registration process, the Academy has to take over the following roles and responsibilities:
  To download educational program and order the student materials and others ….
  The Registration and Acceptance Department will conduct a written exam for the students to determine their level of proficiency in English.
  When the student finishes we produce and give a certificate of completion to the student
  We communicate with the student via e-mail, WhatsApp, texts and phone calls
  An email that includes some meanings, conversations and grammar of the English language will be sent to the students. The student has the right not to receive any emails from the Academy by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button.
  The academic advisor of the Registration and Acceptance Department will send an electronic Bach to the student who will use it to clock in and clock out everything when the student goes in and out of the class
  On the first the of classes the Academy explains and hand out an agreement  indicating the start time of the course and information about the course in terms of the name of the class, the name of the teacher, the school hours, the date of the end of the course, the duration of the course and the due date of payment.
  A special adviser is assigned to follow up on the student educational level and enquiries.
  Freedom to choose the school hours.

  Conditions that must be met by the student who does online registration:
  16-8 Mbps Internet speed service.
  A computer, a laptop, or a mobile phone with access to the email is using for the enrollment to be able to receive the enrollment confirmation email.
  The student should contact the Academy within 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email and submit the payment to guarantee the spot in the course chose
  Updated personal information.
  The student is obligated to pay the financial fees on the due date as agreed upon between the student and the academic advisor.
  
  To succeed at the level and obtain a certificate, the student should:
  Take a final exam and obtain a success rate above 70%.
  Attend 37 out of 48 direct lessons, otherwise the student could start over the course again (the academy gives the option to make up classes on any other schedule available)
  
  Financial Terms and Conditions
  
  Deferral of study:
  
  The student has the right to defer his studies by contacting the Follow-up Department (reception). To complete the deferral process, he has to do the following:To notify the Academy of the decision of deferral 8 days earlier.
• To notify the Academy of the date in which he will return to study and complete his educational lessons.
• To pay full fees before freezing the study.
• Participants of the experimental month are not entitled to defer their studies without the approval of the Academy.
• Three make-up lessons are given to the students to ensure continued benefits and review.

Commitment to pay financial fees:

The student must commit to pay the financial fees on the due date agreed upon between him and the academic advisor. Otherwise, the Academy will suspend the student.

Course Withdrawal:

In case :

Payment of fees Refund percentage  if the student can't start classes on the original schedule day the academy can move the day a maximun of 30 days. Payment of the enrollment equivalent to ($60 -120) 0% No refund is paid due to seat reservation. Payment of the experimental or trial class  0% No refund is paid

Privacy Policy Change

This Privacy Policy is periodically reviewed, and some changes may be made. When making any changes, the Privacy Policy link will contain a “recent review (with date)” sign, to indicate that you should review the new provisions that are deemed valid upon publication of the new policy on this page on the effective date. This sign will remain in the Privacy Policy link for at least ten days after the updates are installed. Opening the link of the Privacy Policy will be considered as an approval by you to any changes thereto. If you receive any notification of the above changes, please visit this page periodically to make sure you know the latest version of the Privacy Policy.
